Chiltern Academy offers comprehensive universal and early help support for families. Please see below for a detailed overview of our services:
Universal Services:
- Attendance Intervention: This may involve working with families to improve attendance, addressing barriers such as health issues or family circumstances.
- Behaviour Support: This can include strategies for managing challenging behaviour, as well as referrals to specialist services if needed.
- Parent Groups: These groups provide a space for parents to connect with others and share experiences, often focusing on specific topics like parenting strategies or child development.
- Counselling or ELSA Support: These services provide individual or group counselling to children who are struggling with emotional or social issues.
- Targeted Interventions: These interventions are designed to address specific needs, such as speech and language difficulties or mental health concerns.
Targeted Early Help:
- Family Support Workers: These workers provide tailored support to families, helping them to address issues such as housing, debt, or parenting skills
- Referrals to Specialist Services: This may include referrals to mental health services, youth offending teams, or other agencies.
