STEM Masterclass Session with Brunel University
On Tuesday 8th March, all of our year 9 students took part in a STEM masterclass session with Brunel University STEM ambassadors. Pupils were introduced to Ozobots, miniature robots that use colour codes to move from one location to the other, and were set the challenge of moving them to 4 points on a map, using colour codes, speed and direction. The pupils were super competitive and applied critical thinking and creativity in coming up with new ways to make the ozobot travel in the fewest moves possible. There were some great ideas and ‘outside the box’ thinking, well done year 9!
