Brilliant Club Graduation

On the 23rd February 2022, twelve of our amazing pupils graduated from the Brilliant Club Scholars Programme. Within the programme students were given a close up of what a University course looks like. They experienced university style tutorials and were tasked to write a 2000 word final project on their topic; the Moral Justification of Punishment. Our pupils successfully completed the program, with all of them earning a top score of a 1st or a 2.1 on the University style grading system.

Our pupils graduated at Goldsmiths University of London, with pupils from five other schools who also completed the programme. Razan Yehia and Zifan Liu, spoke eloquently during the ceremony regarding their projects and the work it entailed. During the graduation event pupils were taken on a tour of the University, and were intrigued after seeing some of the award winning art pieces and the wide ranging opportunities that the university had to offer. As a result of the program our pupils feel that they are better placed to make an informed decision regarding what they want to do when they leave school.
